Do you want to learn to rock-climb, abseil or carry out any other mountain activities safely? Or do you want to become a professional guide and make a career out of mountaineering? Over the Top can provide the necessary training and assessing if you or your organisation is needing assistance in gaining the qualifications for mountain based activities in South Africa; whether on a recreational or professional basis.

Geoff Gould is an Assessor under the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and THETA and can train you in the disciplines of Abseiling (both short abseils and “long-drop” abseils), as well as Single-Pitch Rock Climbing. Geoff is an associate member of the Adventure Qualifications Network.

Over the Top ran a Tourism Learnership Project in 2002, in conjunction with Wildways. We are also running a Learnership this year, 2007.
