Take the plunge. Dangle on a slender line beside the thundering waters and feel the reverberations in your soul. At 107 metres (357 feet) Over the Top’s abseil beside South Africa’s second highest waterfall, Howick Falls, is one of the tallest in the country. It is also the only abseil where you finish up in a Crocodile. That is not what you think... it is an inflatable two-man kayak made by African River Kraft. You can abseil side-by-side with your partner, child or friend to share the adrenalin and beauty as you descend!
Over the Top’s qualified guides will paddle you past the thundering falls to the start of an indigenous forest walk through the Howick Falls Conservancy where you might catch a glimpse of nesting Crowned and Fish eagles, or observe the shy Bush buck picking through the shadows. |
