CANCELLATIONS POLICY

 

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING by customer:

The customer may cancel the arrangements at any time, but will be required to pay the applicable cancellation charges.

These are calculated as follows:

 

· More than 30 days prior to date of your booking, 20% of the price per person

· 29-15 days prior to date of your booking, 30% of the  price per person

· 14-7 days prior to date of your booking, 60% of the price per person

· 6-1 days prior to date of your booking (or a “no show” on the day of the booking), 80% of the price per person
